Contact 10cric

Reach us

Getting in touch with 10cric is quick and straightforward. Our team is ready to help through two dedicated channels.

• Email: [email protected], ideal for detailed queries, account verification requests, or document submissions. Expect a response within 24 hours.
• In-app chat: Log in to your 10cric account and tap the chat icon, the fastest route for transaction questions, bet disputes, or urgent account issues. Automated responses are instant; live agents connect during staffed hours.

For payment-related queries, including UPI transfers via PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM, keep your UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number handy before starting a chat. This helps agents resolve deposit or withdrawal delays in minutes rather than hours.

Office hours

10cric operates a two-tier support system designed around Indian players' schedules:

• Automated in-app chat: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Get instant answers on account login, KYC steps, bonus eligibility, and common UPI deposit queries, no waiting required.
• Live human agents: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. Real agents handle complex issues such as failed transactions, account restrictions, promotional disputes, and withdrawal verification.

Queries submitted outside live hours are logged automatically and picked up at the start of the next agent shift. Email responses are processed within 24 hours.

Online-only support

10cric is a fully digital platform, all player support is handled exclusively through email and in-app chat. There is no physical office, branch counter, or walk-in location anywhere in India or abroad. Please do not attempt to visit any address on our behalf.

Compared to traditional support models, our online-first approach delivers faster resolutions: no queues, no travel, and a full written record of every interaction for your reference. Support quality remains identical for every 10cric player across India.
